The container power station customized by the Uzbekistan customer in China is currently undergoing intensive debugging and is about to be delivered.
Uzbekistan has a temperate continental climate with a large temperature difference between cold winters and hot summers. Without proper protection, ordinary units can significantly reduce their usage time, lower work efficiency, and be prone to accidents.
For this purpose, the customer has specially customized three Huaquan Electric Container Power Stations, each measuring 13.5m in length, 3m in width, and 3m in height. The generator set has a power of 2000W and is quite powerful.
Unlike traditional open frame generator sets, Huaquan Electric Container Power Station fully utilizes the characteristics of container sealing and integrates various powerful equipment. After sufficient adjustment, it can achieve capabilities that open frame units do not have, mainly due to the reliable container design.
The container independently developed by Huaquan Electric has strong load-bearing capacity and safety, and is fearless even in harsh environmental conditions. It can ensure the operation of the unit regardless of whether it is cold in winter or hot in summer.
For example, in order to ensure efficient operation of the unit in high and low temperatures (with an average summer temperature of 32 ℃ and a winter temperature of -30 ℃ in most parts of Uzbekistan), the customer has chosen configurations such as temperature control system, wind and sand prevention system, air conditioning system, and fire protection system.
The two industrial grade air conditioners equipped can be remotely controlled through the Huaquan Cloud intelligent service platform to control the temperature inside the box and prevent overheating.
The heating system installed inside the box can heat antifreeze, engine oil, and the unit, and maintain the temperature inside the box within a certain range, allowing the unit to operate smoothly even at temperatures below minus tens of degrees Celsius.
At the same time, the Huaquan Electric Container Power Station also has fire-resistant and waterproof properties to ensure the safe use of users.
